Goods

• You may only purchase goods from the website if you are over 18 years of age and eligible to enter into a contract

• Any description of goods is for illustrative purposes only and may differ in size and colour

• In the case of any personalised products, it is your responsibility to ensure any information relayed to us is accurate.

• All goods are subject to availability and some substitutions may be required.

• If necessary for compliance with applicable safety laws, we may change any products. We will notify you of this change.

• We do not accept any liability for incorrect allergen listings as we write exactly what is on the packaged products & we do not change them in any way

Basis Of Sale

• The description of goods on the website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods therefore we can reject the sale for any reason, we will notify you of this without delay.

• It is your responsibility to check and amend any errors on the ordering process on the website

• A contract will be formed for the sale of goods ordered when you receive an order confirmation email from us. You must ensure the confirmation is correct and notify us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you. By placing an order you agree to us providing you with confirmation by means of email. You will receive this confirmation within a reasonable time, but in any event not later than the delivery of any goods supplied under the contract.

• No variation of the contract can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the Customer and Supplier in writing.

Price and Payment

• The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the website at the date and time of the order.

• Prices include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of order

• You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details or using Paypal after submitting your order. We can take payment immediately or otherwise before the delivery of the goods.

Delivery

• We will deliver the goods to the delivery location without undue delay, and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day in which the contract is entered into.

• If we do not deliver the goods on time you may treat the contract as at an end. If you treat the contract as at an end we will promptly return any payments made under the contract

• We do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

• If you, or your nominee fail, through no fault of our own, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them

• The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery. Risk of damage after delivery will pass to you. You must, if practical, examine the goods before accepting them.

Returns and Cancellation

• You may cancel the order before the contract is made without any reason. You must provide this cancellation via a clearly written email. After the order confirmation has been received, cancellation is no longer viable.

• If you receive goods from an order which you had cancelled, you must send them back to us within 7 days. You agree to bear the cost of returning the goods.

• No returns will be accepted for food and beverage items, products with a short shelf life or items intended for consumption. Also any personalised items will not be accepted.

• We will provide goods of satisfactory quality and fit for the particular purpose you bought them for.
